                          Whisky Barrel Gin                      

                           A wonderful and unique gin which has been aged for two months in

                           selected Australian whisky barrels. Discernibly gin with a lovely creamy,

                           buttery finish. This gin was awarded Double Gold at the Melbourne

                           International Spiris Competition in July 2017. No other gin was awarded

                           Double Gold - that has to make this the best gin in Australia !

                              Whisky Barrel Gin is best enjoyed on ice with a sliver of persimmon, or try it with a       

                              sliver of mandarin or orange zest to add that lovely citrus finish. A hot toddy made by

                              infusing cloves and cinnamon in hot water, adding 60 mls Whisky Barrel Gin, the juice

                              of half a lemon, and sweetened with coconut palm sugar, is just what the doctor ordered

                              for winter relief.

                               

                               




                               


             

Old Tom Gin

                   Old Tom Gin

          KIS Old Tom Gin is lightly aged in small re-charred French oak barrels.

              Local aniseed and lemon myrtles add sweet characters to this classic old

              style gin. First created to serve at The Tasting Australia Origing Dinner

             in 2014, KIS Old Tom has gone on to be a champion gin around the world.


              Old Tom 是一种老式的杜松子酒,最早在1750年的伦敦Genever夫人

             酿造的,最初增加甜度是为了掩盖难喝的低级烈酒,改善口感,在

             金酒宫或伦敦街头喝的很干净,在橡木桶中存放一段时间,用当地

             茴香和(Lemon Myrtles)柠檬桃金娘进行微甜蒸馏。最好在冰镇后饮

                  KIS Old Tom Neat

             Essentially a sipping gin, Old Tom can't go wrong when simply

                  served straight up on ice.

                  Garnish with grilled pineapple or a burnt cinnamon quill


                  Tom Collins

           Tom Collins is 60 mls Old Tom, 30 mls lemon juice and 20 mls sugar

                   syrup. Stir well on ice and top with soda water. Garnish with fresh orange.





         




                 








O'Gin

                     O'GIN


                    KIS O’Gin is handcrafted in the same unique way as the Wild Gin,

                    highlighting juniper, coriander and angelica root in a contemporary

                    London style. Key to its character is the subtle infusion of Kangaroo Island

                    coastal daisy Olearia axillaris. Sometimes known as wild rosemary, this

                    shrub of the Asteracea family flourishes along South Australia's coastal

                    regions - it is the perfect complement to enhance this gin's lively structure.

                    Savoury and dry with a burst of orange, O'Gin has a nose which recalls

                    beach dunes on a hot summer day.

           Serving Suggestion   

          G & T

                 Serve in a Copa glass or goblet with loads of ice and premium tonic (our

                 choice is Fevertree Indian). The tonic should be 3 or 4 parts to gin. Garnish

                 with mandarin, kumquat or orange, pinch of ground mace, nutmeg or

                 tonka bean, and a sprig of Olearia

   

          Negroni

                 1 part Campari, 1 part Gin, 1/2 part KIS Nocino and 1/2 part Noilly Pratt.

Wild Gin

           Wild GIN


                    This small batch Australian gin is distilled with "native juniper"which has

                    been foraged from the wild coast of Kangaroo Island. Fashioned in the

                    style of a London Dry Gin, this contemporary expression is finished with

                    fresh limes from the nearby Fleurieu Peninsular. Traditional vapour

                    distilling maximises control of the quality of this award-winning Australian

                   spirit and has led to the Gold Medal at the Melbourne International Spirits

                   Competition in July 2017 and the 2018 SIP Consumer Choice Gold Medal.

                  Serving Suggestions

                   G & T
                   Use a Copa glass with loads of ice and premium tonic (our choice is

                   Fevertree Mediterranean). The tonic should be 3 or 4 parts to gin.

                   Garnish with:


                   Tart, fresh green apple and star anise
                    Fresh or dried strawberries and lemon thyme or a pinch of ground pepper
                    Fresh peach and basil.


               

             As a Gimlet


                  15mls brown lime cordial, 15 mls lime juice and 30 mls part gin on ice.


             As a Simple Old Fashioned


                  Use 1 teaspoon of sugar dissolved in a dash of bitters, (alternatively use

                  sugar syrup with a dash of apple juice). Fill the glass with ice and stir in 60

                  mls of gin. Serve with thin slices of green apples.


                   As a Wild Cherry KIS


                             Large Cocktail Glass
                             Ice Ball
                             34ml Wild Gin
                             100ml Mediterranean Fevertree
                             Tonic
                             4-5 drops of Angostura Bitters
                             10ml Cherry Syrup
